2010 Big 12 Women's Basketball Championship Bracket in PDF Format

IRVING, Texas - For the fifth-consecutive season, the Texas A&M women's basketball team captured one of four top seeds and a first-round bye going into the 2010 Phillips 66 Big 12 Conference Women's Basketball Championship to be played on March 11-14 at Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City.

The Aggies (22-7, 10-6) tied Texas (21-9, 10-6) for fourth-place in the final regular-season standings but won the tiebreaker between the two schools after sweeping the Longhorns in head-to-head competition, while Nebraska (29-0, 16-0) earned the No. 1 seed with a perfect season followed by Iowa State (23-6, 11-5) and Oklahoma (21-9, 11-5) who tied for second-place and are the No. 2 and No. 3 seeds respectively.

A&M will face the winner between No. 5 Texas and No. 12 Missouri (12-17, 2-14) in Big 12 quarterfinal action on Friday, March 12 at 1:30 p.m. (CT). Other seeds include No. 6 Baylor, No. 7 Oklahoma State, No. 8 Texas Tech, No. 9 Kansas State, No. 10 Kansas and No. 11 Colorado.

The Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Championship returns to Municipal Auditorium for the ninth time in Conference history. Kansas City hosted the first six women's postseason events from 1997-2002, in addition to the 2005 and 2008 championships.

All-session tickets are $90 for lower-level seating and $72 for upper level. Single-session tickets go on sale March 8. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.com, by calling 1-800-745-3000 or at the Municipal Auditorium Box Office.

First round games will be televised by Metro Sports in Kansas City while the quarterfinals through the final will be aired nationally on Fox Sports Net.
