Fall 2008 - F.A.Q.
1. What sports options are available and what is the pricing?
- 19 – Football - $199.50
- 20 – All Sports with Football - $325.00*
- 27 – All Sports without Football - $175.00*
* Options 20 & 27 are good for both the fall and spring semester.
2. Do I need a new sports card each year?
No, you use the same sports card your entire stay at Texas A&M like your student ID. There is a $10.00 replacement fee for lost sports cards.
3. Am I able to pick the seats I want?
No, you are able to pick the deck you want to sit on but the seats are pulled randomly from the best seats available at the time you pull.
4. Where can I get non student tickets?
When you pull your student ticket you are able to purchase 1 guest standing beside you in the student section. If your guest does not want to stand in the student section you are able to purchase non student tickets at the tickets windows located through the doors marked Athletic Ticket Center next to the Aggie Locker.
5. Am I able to exchange tickets for different or seats together?
No, once tickets are pulled there are no refunds or exchanges.
6. What if I am pulling for more than 10?
If you are pulling in excess of 10 you may pull as a group. This is done on Monday and Tuesday at window 10 regardless of classification. Seats are located in the 3rd deck sections 329-324 filled on a first come first served basis.
7. What if I need special need seating?
For students with disabilities (i.e. wheelchair bound, injury or pregnancy) we offer special need seating located in the second deck. For those students that can not stand seats are located on rows 1 & 2 in sections 225-228 and 235-238 for those in wheelchairs spaces are located on row 4 with attendants seats located in front on row 3. There is a limit of 3 total seats in either of these areas. You may pull on Monday regardless of classification.
8. When picking up student tickets do I need each students ID?
No, when picking up student tickets the person picking up the tickets is the only ID you need. We identify this ID as the person that received the tickets. Each student will need their ID to gain admission with their ticket at the game.
9. What do I need to enter each event?
For football you will need to pull a student ticket with your sports pass and ID in advance. At the event you will need your ticket and student ID only. For all other events if you purchased an all sport option you will need only your student ID to enter.
10. Can I use someone else's sport pass?
Yes, if you are a registered Texas A&M student you may use someone else's sports pass. You will need your student ID and the valid sports pass.
11. What if I do not have my student ID?
You will not be able to enter event without your current student ID. You may get a new ID from the Aggie Card Office located in the Pavilion Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. After hours you will be required to purchase a ticket or guest label to enter that event.
12. What payments do you accept for tickets?
The 12th Man Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for ticket purchases. The Reed Arena box office accepts Aggie Bucks for purchases. We DO NOT accept Checks.
13. How can I replace lost or stolen tickets?
Please safe guard your tickets they are not replaceable.
14. What do I need to do to get a refund for a sports option?
Sports Card must be returned to the ticket office for a refund.
- FOOTBALL ONLY (19):
Eligible for a refund if the student is withdrawing from the university. A prorated refund will be issued based on the date of withdrawal and the remaining game’s ticket prices.- ALLSPORTS WITH FOOTBALL (20):
Eligible for refund if the student is withdrawing from the university or graduating in the fall semester. The football portion will be refunded following the FOOTBALL ONLY rules. The ALL SPORTS portion will be refunded at 50% until the first day of spring classes. After the first day of spring classes, no refund will be issued.- ALL SPORTS WITHOUT FOOTBALL (27):
Eligible for a refund if the student is withdrawing from the university or graduating in the fall semester. A 50% refund will be issued until the first day of spring classes. After the first day of spring classes, no refund will be issued.
If a student inadvertently selects multiple options, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate option. Students should contact the 12th Man Ticket Office, located in The Zone at Kyle.
If you signed up for a sports option during freshman conferences and do not attend A&M your sports pass will not be automatically removed. You will need to contact the ticket office to remove the sports option from your fees.
