The early signing period for all sports but football, soccer, and track & field began on November 12, 2008. Signing classes will be posted on this page and updated as they become available.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
The Texas A&M women's basketball program landed one of the top recruiting classes in the nation with the signing of four top-rated high school players who will join the nationally-ranked Aggies for the 2009-10 season as announced by head coach Gary Blair on Wednesday. "Last year, the road to the NCAA Elite Eight not only opened the eyes of the nation to Texas A&M women's basketball, it opened up doors for us in nationwide recruiting," Blair said. "We took full advantage of it with this year's national recruiting class. The state of Texas will always be the lifeline of our recruiting base as 10 of our current players hail from the Lone Star State. Volleyball
Texas A&M volleyball signed three middle blockers to national letters of intent during the early signing period, Aggie head coach Laurie Corbelli announced. High school seniors Caitlin Adams (6-2) of Kansas City, Mo., Alisia Kastmo (6-4) of Tyler, Texas, and Lindsey Miller (6-2) of Katy, Texas, have all committed to play for A&M and are expected to immediately compete for starting positions as the Aggies lose three senior middles this year. Higgins Signs Outstanding Recruiting Class "This was an important recruiting class for us because we are losing four outstanding young men to graduation -- Bronson Burgoon, Clay Hodge, Austin Schauer and Matt Van Zandt," Higgins said. "Cameron will be expected to step right in and contribute. Kelley and Blair also have the ability to compete for a spot right off the bat and if they are competitive with our returning players, then our team will be in great shape. All three of these young men will be tremendous representatives of Texas A&M and a great addition to our athletic department and university. They are quality people both on and off the golf course and we are really looking forward to watching them grow, develop and mature over the coming years." More...

McCombs Signs Pair of Standouts Sarah Beth Davis of Victoria, Texas, and Chloe Garner of Somerset West, South Africa, have signed national letters-of-intent to play college golf at Texas A&M, Coach Trelle McCombs said Monday. Davis, a senior at St. Joseph High School, is the top-ranked senior in Texas. She is a third-generation Aggie who has posted nine top-10 finishes in American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) events. Davis won a qualifier for the 2008 U.S. Junior Girls Championship and advanced to the second round in match play. More... WOMEN'S SWIMMING
Women's Swimming Signs Seven, Set to Add Diver in January The eighth-ranked Texas A&M women's swimming & diving team signed seven swimmers to a letter-of-intent during the most recent signing period, head coach Steve Bultman announced on Friday. The Aggies signed the following swimmers to letters-of-intent in November: Kendra Chernoff (Saskatoon, Sask.), Meagan Hairston (Plano), Maureen McLaine (Plano), Liz Nelson (The Woodlands), Jaclin Rehring (Lucas), Tess Simpson (Ingleside, Ont.), and Allyson Sweeney (Snellville, Ga.).
