Concessions

Concession stands are located throughout the stadium on all levels of all concourses.

Aggie Bucks and credit cards are accepted at all permanent concession stands in the stadium.

Elevators

Elevators are located on the west side (press box side) and the north end of the stadium for fans' convenience.

You do not need a pass to use the elevators at Kyle Field, but as a reminder, all bags will be searched upon entry to the stadium. Restrictions apply, however, to certain elevators:

WEST SIDE:

* Elevators 1 and 2 are located at Gate 6 (south side of press box) and service the west side suites, sections 103-109 and sections 201-216. In order to get off the elevators on the west side suite level (Level 5) you will need either a guest pass or a suite ticket.
* Elevators 7 and 8 are located at Gate 8 (north side of press box) and service sections 301-316.
* Elevators at Gate 7 (base of press box) service VIP booths on Levels 8, 9 and 10, and working press (including TV and radio personnel).
* Handicapped patrons should use the elevators at Gate 7.

NORTH END:

* Elevators are located just inside the lobby of the Zone Plaza. Fans need a ticket to sections in the Zone end of the stadium to be able to access the elevators.
* Elevator 1 (Gate 12) services the Zone Club exclusively. Fans need a ticket to seats in the Zone Club to be able to access this elevator.
* Elevators 2, 3, and 4 (Gate 13) service sections 114-135, 401-426 and 501-524. Fans need a ticket to one of these sections to be able to access the elevators.

Family/Special Needs Restrooms

* Lower level: at sections 119 and 130
* Zone Club: at sections Z2 and Z23
* Upper level: at sections 506 and 524

First Aid

The main First Aid room is located underneath the west side stands (press box side) on the ground-level concourse. The First Aid room sits opposite the seating areas in the old football locker and training room.

First Aid stations are located throughout the stadium:

* West (alumni) Side: at sections 106 (main room) and 205, and the top of section 314
* East (student) Side: at sections 234 and 337
* Zone (north end): at sections 124 and 523

Gates

All gates open 2 hours prior to kick off.

* Student Gates: Students should use gates 1, 2, 3 (southeast corner) or 14 (northeast corner)
* Player Guest Entrance (A&M): between gates 11 & 12 (north side, adjacent to Aggie Locker)
* Player Guest Gate (visiting team): 4 (northeast corner)
* High School Coaches Gate: 4 (northeast corner)

Handicap Guest Services

Handicapped parking is readily available around campus on gamedays, with spots available in most lots used for football game parking. (CHECK THE FOOTBALL PARKING MAP) for more detailed info.

For all handicap parking, you will need the proper handicap parking identification issued by state motor vehicle departments.

To access handicap parking in specific lots, you need a parking permit for that lot.

A handicap accessible shuttle service is available beginning 3 hours prior to kick off and lasting 1 to 1 1/2 hours after the game, originating from lot 50 (across from the Zachary Building on University Drive). THERE IS A FEE OF $10 TO PARK IN LOT 50. Three vans operate before and after the game, while one van operates during the game. The shuttle drops off in front of the Zone (north end of stadium) on Joe Routt Blvd. The front portion of Lot 50 is reserved for patrons of this service. Only one attendant is asked to accompany the person with disability on the ride to and from the stadium.

Additional handicap parking is available, for $20, at the West Campus Parking Garage (southwest corner of John Kimbrough Blvd. and Wellborn Rd.), and for $15 at the University Center Parking Garage (east side of stadium attached to Koldus Building).

Handicap seating is available at the lower end of section 103 and also in the upper and lower armchair levels of the Zone (north end of stadium). For more information on these seats contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 1-888-99-AGGIE.

Help

While at the game, dial 911 in an emergency on your cell phone (or, on a campus phone, dial 9-911).

If you have any questions or concerns, contact an usher, gate person, or athletic staff member wearing an ID.

Lost and Found

As the Official Host Committee of Texas A&M University, MSC Hospitality is responsible for managing the Campus Lost & Found currently housed within the Memorial Student Center. With the upcoming renovation, we will be changing some procedures to better serve the campus community. We are extremely dedicated to this service and want you to know that we are doing everything possible to keep the Lost & Found accessible and customer focused.

To CLAIM lost items:
Small items such as eye glasses, calculators, jump drives, jewelry and keys will be kept in Suite 234 on the second floor of the Koldus Building for the 120 day waiting period. Larger items will be stored in our new headquarters located at The Grove. Faculty, Staff and students may visit the Grove Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am - 2pm or make an appointment by emailing lostandfound@mscc.tamu.edu. We will attempt to notify owners of items such as wallets and identification cards as soon as possible.

To RETURN lost items:
Individuals may drop off lost items at the Koldus Information Desk located in the main lobby of the Koldus Building, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (note, this is NOT the UCG pay station!!).

To MAIL lost items:
If you wish to continue to mail in the items, our mail stop will remain the same even after the move. Attention: MSC Hospitality MS 1237

Hospitality pick up service:
Hospitality members will pick up lost items from departments on the 1st and 15th of each month (or the first working day directly following). If you would like items to be picked up please email us at lostandfound@mscc.tamu.edu. If we do not get a request to pick up items, then we will not be able to assist you.

Media Services

Media will call is located at gate 7 (at base of press box on west side).

Media parking is in Lot G (PA 104), just to the west of Kyle Field across from the railroad tracks and situated between the Student Recreation Center and the West Campus Parking Garage.

Merchandise

Fans can purchase Texas A&M merchandise at the Aggie Locker, located in the base of the Zone (north end of stadium), or in the Aggie Fan Zone, or across the street from the Zone in the MSC Bookstore. Hours of operation vary depending on kick off time but both are open on gamedays, at least 3 hours before kick off. You can call for information by dialing 1-800-523-5184.

Parking

Press Box

The press box is located on the west side of the stadium, which is the side facing Wellborn Road (FM 2154).

All media must have a proper credential for entry. Contact the Media Relations Office (979-845-5725) well in advance for information on obtaining a pass.

You can enter the press box through elevators located at the base of the west side stands underneath the large "KYLE FIELD" lettering on the stadium's side.

Programs

Game programs can be bought at numerous locations throughout the stadium, near the gates and in the Aggie Fan Zone.

Prohibited Items

* Food
* Beverages (including alcoholic beverages), except one 1-liter plastic bottle of water
* Firearms
* Tobacco products (of any kind)
* Ice chests
* Umbrellas
* Strollers
* Pets
* Stadium seats in excess of 16 inches
* Unauthorized banners, signs, or flags

Pay Phones

A public pay phone is located on the ground level concourse of the west side of the stadium, behind section 104.

Re-Entry

Re-entry to Kyle Field is allowed but only with a pass-out check, available at the stadium gates. Pass-outs will be distributed until the start of the third quarter. Pass outs will be accepted throughout the game.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located throughout the stadium on all levels of all concourses.

Shuttle Service

Texas A&M Transportation Services is providing FREE express shuttles on game days from Post Oak Mall (corner of Harvey Rd. and State Highway 6) to Lubbock St. on the A&M campus (near the Corps Quad).

Shuttles begin 2 1/2 hours prior to kickoff and will run for 2 hours after the game.

The shuttle stop at Post Oak Mall is in the Sears parking lot.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed inside Kyle Field, in the restrooms, concourses or ramps. You may smoke only outside the stadium.

Stadium Seats

Stadium seats cannot be in excess of 16 inches in width.

"Student Side"

Refers to the east side of the stadium, marked by the lettering "Home of the 12th Man."

Suites

There are 68 suites at Kyle Field.

West side (press box side) suites are numbered L1-L24 and U1-U24 and are located on level 5, between the second and third decks. Use Ramp 1 or 2, or Elevator 1 at Gate 6, to access the west side suites.

Zone Club (north end) suites are numbered N1-N20 and are located between the Zone Club seating and the upper deck of the north end. Use Gate 12 only to access Zone Club suites.

Tickets

Fans can get tickets to A&M games by calling 1-888-99-AGGIE or visiting http://www.12thmanfoundation.com/.

Normal business hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (central).

The ticket office is located in the northwest corner of the Zone Plaza (north end of stadium), just to the left of the Aggie Locker store.

The ticket office is open on gamedays. The Zone Plaza ticket windows are open from 9 a.m. until the end of the game; Reed Arena windows from 9 a.m. until kickoff; and the South End Zone ticket booths from two hours prior to kickoff until halftime.

For games that kickoff at 12 p.m. or earlier, the Zone Plaza ticket windows will open at 8 a.m.

Gameday operations for the ticket office take place in Windows 1-12 of the Zone Plaza (north end of stadium).

Water

Will Call

Public drop-off Will Call is located in windows 1-2 of the Zone Plaza (north end of stadium). Media Will Call is located at Gate 7. Pre-arranged or purchased will call can be picked up in windows 3-6 of the Zone Plaza.

For 12th Man Foundation donors, Will Call is located at the ticket windows inside the 12th Man Foundation office lobby (Gate 12). Foundation offices will open four hours prior to kickoff.

Gameday ticket operations begin at 9 a.m. for games (8 a.m. for games that begin at 12 p.m. or earlier).

"The Zone"

Refers to the north end zone seating. It also houses the Zone Club, Ticket Office, 12th Man Foundation, Texas A&M Sports Museum and Aggie Locker.

The Zone Plaza is the area just outside of the north end of the stadium.

The Zone Club

Located in the north end of the stadium, the Zone Club is home to 1,900 open-air armchair seats. Seating is protected from the elements. Numerous other amenities, including television monitors, a full service bar and concession areas, are available.
