Indoor Athletic Facility
In Bill Byrne's first coaches and staff retreat in the summer of 2003, the No. 1 priority numerous A&M coaches outlined as a physical plant need was an indoor facility. For football, it is essential to ensure that the Aggies can practice on bad weather days and protect the players from the heat of August. Additionally, the facility will also be extremely beneficial to track and field, softball, soccer, tennis and a number of sports. The facility will be the most technologically advanced, user-friendly and multi-dimensional indoor sports facility in all of collegiate athletics.
