2012 (FRESHMAN) Appeared in 10 games in his freshman campaign, making four starts...did not earn a decision on the season, but posted a 3.86 ERA after 21 innings pitched allowing 19 hits and surrendering nine runs...walked and struck out 15 batters...made his collegiate debut against Illinois-Chicago on Feb. 18 where he pitched one perfect inning and struck out two...earned his first start on March 27 against Houston Baptist where he pitched a season-high 4.1 innings, allowing four hits, one run, walking two and striking out one.
