Meredith Breitling joined the Texas A&M Athletic Department in 2009, working in the Center for Student-Athlete Services as a reading specialist. She conducts independent study sessions with student athletes to enhance academic learning.

A 2007 graduate of Texas A&M with a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies, she also earned a Master's degree in curriculum and instruction from Texas A&M in 2010. Breitling, who joined the staff with two years of public school teaching experience in College Station ISD, is a member of the College Reading and Learning Association.
