Caroline Cramer is in her first season as a volunteer coach with Texas A&M equestrian, joining the team in the fall of 2013.

The Ponte Vedra, Fla., native comes to College Station from UT Martin where she graduated with a degree in wildlife biology in 2012. Her responsibilities at Texas A&M include assisting Associate Head Coach Linzy Woolf with the hunter seat team during daily practices and meets.

Cramer spent the 2012-13 season as a fifth-year volunteer coach at her alma mater, working under Head Coach Meghan Cunningham. As a student, Cramer competed in equitation on the flat and equitation over fences for the Skyhawks, compiling an impressive 25-7 record on the flat and a 21-10 mark in over fences, along with 20 Most Outstanding Player (MOP) awards.

As a freshman at UTM, Cramer was named the team Rookie of the Year after a 2008-09 season that saw her compile 7 MOP honors. The hunter seat standout was selected the UTM Team MVP as both a sophomore and a junior – when she was named Honorable Mention All-America in flat.

Cramer also finished third at the Winter Equitation Festival (WEF) Equitation Challenge in Wellington, Fla., as a junior in 2011. She won the consolation bracket at the same event a year later. Cramer was a UTM Team Captain for both the 2010-11 and 2011-12 seasons.

Cramer is the daughter of Pam and Reece Cramer of Ponte Vedra, Fla. She is currently working on a master’s of agriculture in animal science, with a focus on equine science at Texas A&M.
