SPACE IN EACH CAMP IS LIMITED!

Please do not delay in sending your application and payment. Sessions are filled on a first-come, first served basis. Camp sessions are usually full by early June. So please don't delay!

CONFIRMATION LETTER AND CAMP WAIVER (E-MAIL ADDRESS PREFERRED)

All campers will receive a confirmation letter regarding their admittance to camp, check in and check out times, and a camp waiver and medical treatment form. All forms must be turned in by the start of camp for your son to participate. The Texas A&M curriculum is demanding and we want to insure that all campers are physically able to participate without placing themselves in serious medical danger. It is ok to send a copy of your schools medical form if it is less than one year old and has been signed by your physician.

REFUND POLICY

There is a $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations (for any reason including medical) made at least one week prior to the camp start date. All cancellations requests must be submitted in writing (by fax or email) by 12:00 pm the week before camp starts. No refunds will be given upon expulsion or withdrawal from camp. No camp credits will be issued.

CAMP COACHES

• 6:1 camper to coach ratio
• Texas A&M head coach Rob Childress and entire staff will provide instruction in camps
• many current and former Aggie baseball players make up the camp staff as well as high school and junior college coaches

WHAT TO BRING

You need to bring baseball related equipment, camp, shoes, cleats, glove, shorts, baseball pants, batting gloves, and bat. Overnight campers will need linens or a sleeping bag, pillow etc...  We provide Gatorade, water, and meals depending on what camp you choose. We provide Gatorade and water. Camps 3, 5, 6 and 9 will also include meals.

CAMP STORE

We will have Texas A&M game hats, t-shirts and dry fits for sale at check-in and check-out for all campers.  Please make checks payable to Aggie Baseball Camp.

VISITOR PARKING DURING CAMPS

Parents/relatives/friends that are helping register or unload for camp will be allowed to park in the registration areas for a limited amount of time free of charge. However, anyone wishing to stay on campus beyond registration and unloading will be required to purchase a parking permit. For further questions concerning parking on campus, please visit the Transportation Services website at transport.tamu.edu or call 979-862-PARK.
