RSVP Deadline Nearing for A&M Volleyball Banquet

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The deadline for placing reservations to attend the Texas A&M Volleyball Annual Awards Banquet is Friday, April 6 at 5 p.m. Fans wishing to attend can RSVP by contacting Kelly Stumph at kstumph@athletics.tamu.edu.

The banquet honoring the 2011 Aggie volleyball team will be held Sunday, April 22 at the Zone Club at Kyle Field beginning at 1 p.m.

Aggie volleyball coach Laurie Corbelli, players and staff will be commemorating one of Texas A&M's most successful seasons in recent history, as the Aggies finished the 2011 season 23-8 after advancing to the NCAA Championship second round.

Texas A&M Head Yell Leader David Benac will serve as guest speaker, and selected coaches and players also will address the audience. In addition, coveted team awards will be presented before the always-entertaining season highlight video concludes the program.

Banquet tickets are $20 each and include lunch. Parking will be available in Lot 62 in front of Kyle Field.
