COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Texas A&M Soccer defender Bri Young was selected to the NSCAA/Performance Subaru Women's Division I All-America fourth team, the organization announced Friday.

The junior from Castle Pines North, Colo., had a career season, posting 71 shots with 36 on frame, and netting four game-winning goals. Young scored three decision makers in conference matches, vs. Nebraska (Sept. 26), Baylor (Oct. 8) and Texas Tech (Oct. 10), leading the Big 12 in conference game winners. She collected a season-high two assists against Virginia Tech (Aug. 17), and a season-high 10 shots with five on target in the 2-1 double-overtime victory over Oklahoma (Oct. 22).

This is Young's first NSCAA All-American honor. She was named to the Soccer Buzz All-America third team and the Soccer Buzz Freshman All-America first team in 2008. This season Young received All-Big 12 first team honors and was named CollegeSoccer360.com Primetime Performer of the Week on Oct. 13.
