First-year Texas A&M assistant coach Kliff Kingsbury repeated as Offensive Coordinator of the Year by FootballScoop.com after overseeing the Southeastern Conference's top offense in 2012.

The Aggies led the SEC in rushing, passing, total and scoring offense, and are the nation's only offense ranked in the top 15 of the NCAA statistics in all four categories. Entering the bowl season, the Aggies rank No. 3 in total offense (552.3/g), No. 4 in scoring (44.8/g), No. 13 in rushing (235.1) and No. 14 in passing (317.3/g).

Kingsbury was instrumental in the development of 2012 Heisman Trophy finalist Johnny Manziel, who set the SEC total offense record and become the fifth player in NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision history to generate 3,000 passing yards and 1,000 rushing yards in a season. Kingsbury won the 2011 award at the University of Houston after the Cougar offense led the nation in passing, scoring and total offense.
