A&M Hosts 2013 Aggie Leadoff on Saturday

Texas A&M will unofficially commence the 2013 campaign with an eat and meet and greet prior to a scrimmage on Saturday.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Texas A&M Baseball, in conjunction with the Brazos County A&M Club, will unofficially commence the 2013 campaign with Aggie Leadoff on Saturday, Feb. 9, at Olsen Park Pavilion.

The 2013 Aggie Leadoff is slated to start at 11 am. Sully's Sports Grill and Bar will grill hamburgers and hot dogs, drinks will be provided by Pepsi and ice cream will be provided by Blue Bell.

There will be a Bounce House open for children 8-and-under, 2013 Aggie Baseball schedule posters will be available and Coach Childress and players will be available for a meet-and-greet between 11:40 am-12 pm.

The Aggies are slated to play an intrasquad scrimmage at 1:05 pm. The scrimmage is free and open to the public. Tickets will only need to be purchased for those who plan to eat at the Aggie Leadoff.

Tickets for the event will be $15 for adults and $7.50 for children 12-and-under. Tickets can be purchased in advance at BCAMC.org/AggieLeadoff. Tickets purchased day-of will be based on availability. Free parking will be provided in Lot 100j.
