Aggie Equestrian Honored by USEF

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The defending National Champion Texas A&M equestrian team was recognized for its 2012 national titles Saturday in Louisville, Ky., by the United States Equestrian Federation.

The team's coaches, and captains Kori Pickett, Becca Murray and Amanda Brightwell attended the USEF Board of Directors Meeting for a special awards ceremony and presentation. The group met current USEF president Chrystine Tauber and former USEF president and Olympic Gold Medalist David O'Connor.

The Aggies won their 10th and 11th national titles in April of 2012, grabbing the overall title before adding western honors.
