Kacey Conley joined the Texas A&M Athletic Department in 2012 after working in several professional sports organizations, along with interning in the Texas A&M Athletic Department from 2007-09.

Conley currently serves as the Operations Manager for Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park, which is home to the Aggie baseball team. Conley oversees maintenance, concessions, publicity, and all events that take place at the newly renovated stadium, including events hosted inside The Diamond Club. Before her time at Texas A&M, Conley was Executive Coordinator for the Visalia Rawhide, which is the high-A baseball affiliate for the Arizona Diamondbacks. A native of Sugar Land, Texas, Conley was a sports information intern and facilities assistant during her final two years as a student at A&M. In 2007, Conley was an corporate partnerships intern with the WNBA's Houston Comets.

Conley graduated from Texas A&M in 2009 with a degree in sport management. An active member in the College Station community, Conley is part of the Rotary Club of Aggieland and B/CS Chamber of Commerce.
