Janet Elkins began her association with the Aggie Football office in 2006 where she has served as the assistant to the defensive coordinator and defensive coaching staff. 

She assists with summer camps, coach's clinics, Aggie Youth Experience and Kick-Off Camp, as well as various office duties.

Before joining the football office, Elkins worked for Soil and Crop Sciences for five years on the Texas A&M campus.

A native of Waller, Texas, she and her husband Wade have two sons, Hardy and Will.
