Pat Marek joined the Texas A&M Athletic Department in 2004 and serves as the director of concessions, which he was promoted to in 2012. Marek was an assistant manager of concessions for the previous seven years from 2004-11 after working for Aramark Food Services at Texas A&M for three years.

Marek oversees concessions at all sporting events and venues  for Texas A&M athletics, while also overseeing the athletic department mail services.

A native of College Station, Marek graduated from Texas A&M in 2001, where he earned his degree in agribusiness.
