Bugle Call: Tricia Kimbrough
presented by Traditions Club
This week’s Bugle Call highlights an Aggie Mom.
Tricia Kimbrough was nominated by her four children–all girls–three of which are Aggie Grads.
The nomination letter notes that Tricia inherited her love of A&M from her father, Gene Howard—Class of '47—and how Tricia and her husband even met and eventually got engaged at the Dixie Chicken.
We call that “Good Bull”.
The letter continues, “When our dad had to work, mom would pile us into the Suburban (dubbed the Aggiemobile since it was maroon and white), put in a tape of the Aggie Band, and drive us to College Station for every game that she could. Our grandfather had season tickets and Mom took advantage as often as possible with four young girls.”
A faithful member of the Katy Aggie Mom’s Club, Tricia keeps the family posted on all things Aggie Football and you can still find her faithfully occupying her season tickets in The Zone come each fall.
The girls, for their part, know to plan weddings, showers, and babies around football season! The letter finishes, “Not an easy task for four girls, but we do it for our mom.”
This week’s Bugle Call nominee—a proud Aggie mom, Tricia Kimbrough!
