Match Night in Aggieland Debuts Tomorrow Night
College Station, Texas - 12thManTV, the official video portal for Texas A&M Athletics, will feature Match Night in Aggieland, a new live pregame show, before select Texas A&M soccer matches this fall at Ellis Field. Match Night in Aggieland will debut at Texas A&M's home-opener against UTSA on August 25th.
Host Matt Simon will preview the night's matchup, provide commentary on current events in Texas A&M Athletics, as well as provide live pregame interviews with members of the Aggie Soccer coaching staff. Co-hosts will vary each night depending upon the match.
In addition to the pregame show, an enhanced halftime show will feature video interviews with play-by-play announcer David Ellis and current Aggie Soccer players. In addition, Ellis will speak with a member of the coaching staff as they exit the field for halftime.
Texas A&M soccer matches scheduled to feature the Match Night in Aggieland pregame show are:
- Saturday, August 25 vs. UTSA
- Friday, August 31 vs. Rutgers
- Friday, September 21 vs. South Carolina (SEC home-opener)
- Friday, October 5 vs. Alabama
- Friday, October 19 vs. Tennessee
The entirety of tomorrow night's match against UTSA will be available for all fans to watch as a free preview for the 2012 home soccer season. Match Night in Aggieland will be a free pregame show throughout the season, however to watch live game action fans must be a premium subscriber to 12thManTV.
