1. How can I get started with the 12th Man Team Rewards Program?
Simply come by the 12th Man Team Rewards table at any event to pick up a new stamp card for the 2007-2008 athletic season.
2. Do I have to start out with a stamp card this year if I got my scan card last year?
No, but we have preprinted new 2007-2008 scan cards for all of last year's members who attended 12 events. You can keep your old card for a souvenir from last year's program.
3. Can I combine two stamp cards?
Yes-but only up to 12 stamps. This can only be done once. You will receive a free t-shirt if you get to 12 events and at the next event you will receive a personalized scan card. From then on, you must present you scan card in order to get credit for a game.
If your combination yields less than 12 stamps, a 12th Man Team Rewards Program staff member will stamp your card in the upper right hand corner after your first consolidation. You can continue to use this updated card until your 12th event.
4. Can I add a stamped card to a scan card?
No. Consolidation can only occur once and up to 12 events. After 12 events, you must present your scan card in order to receive credit for the match.
5. Do my numbers (stamps) carry over from last year?
Everyone will start from zero (0) this year and must earn their spot back on the team.
6. If I forget my card, can I get credit?
All fans must present their card in order to get credit for that event.
7. I lost my scan card. Can I get a new one?
You may apply to get a new card at the rewards table. The first replacement is free. Multiple replacements are subject to a replacement fee of $1.00.
8. I was at last week's game. Can I get credit for it today?
No. Members must present their scan card at each event in order to receive credit. No credit will be given for prior athletic events. It is important that you remember to bring your scan card.
Rules and Regulations of the 12th Man Team Rewards Program (2007-2008)
Criteria for stamped events will be consistent with the following:
- Events must be regular season games/matches during their competitive schedule.
- Exhibition games/matches will be included if they take place immediately prior to the competitive schedule.
- NCAA Post season games will be determined by the assigned NCAA representative for each particular tournament hosted by Texas A&M University.
- Special events designated as stamped events are at the discretion of the Athletic Department.
12th Man Team Rewards Program Policies
- Point levels from 2006-2007 will not be accepted in 2007-2008, and all fans will start at zero (0) credits. Therefore, all fans must earn their spot on the 12th Man Team again this year.
- Each member is entitled to only one 12th Man Team Card
Grand Prize
All Texas A&M Athletic Department and 12th Man Foundation employees and immediate families are not eligible for the Grand Prize.
Card Consolidation
- Fans can combine multiple stamp cards, up to 12 credits, one time. A stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner to serve as an indicator to 12th Man Team Rewards Program Staff.
- Stamp Cards can only be consolidated up to 12 credits.
- Stamp cards can not be added to a scan card. Customers must present their scan card at each event in order to receive credit.
- Multiple scan cards cannot be combined.
Forgotten/Lost Cards
- Members must present their scan card at each event in order to receive credit. Unfortunately, fans who forget their cards will not be able to get credit for that event.
- Fans who have lost their scan cards may apply to get a replacement card at the rewards table. Fans will receive credit for the event the first time they ask for a replacement. Multiple replacements are subject to a replacement fee of $5.
Previous game credit
- Members must present their scan card at each event in order to receive credit. Therefore, no credit will be given for prior athletic events.
